Computer Recycling
As the frequency of technology advances continues to
increase -- and computer equipment is replaced or upgraded more often
-- the proper disposal and/or recycling of used computer equipment
is becoming a significant issue both here in Maine and beyond.
Per State of Maine law, business computers must be properly
recycled. For business customers requesting this service we
are pleased to provide it. Fees will vary based on the quantity
and type of equipment being recycled.
For private citizens, however, computers may be taken
to either a disposal site or a recycling facility. Please contact
your local recycling program coordinator for more information.
